Whether you’re a graduate of Teen Meta, currently reading Total Teen, or completely new to exercise and the Tracy Anderson Method, TA Teen Stream will help you become your healthiest and most balanced self.

ONE OF TRACY’S TOP INSTRUCTORS THROUGH A DIGITAL PLATFORM.

 

While the workout is prescribed in a gentle format for growing bodies, Tracy recommends no more than 50 minutes (30 minutes of muscular structure mat work and 20 minutes of dance cardio) a day, 1-7 days per week. On days when you have already completed a physical activity or are feeling tired, consider simply following Tracy’s arm sequence to enhance your energy level and achieve your daily, focused workout goals.

As you follow Tracy’s workouts each week, you may find that you are able to ease through all the sequences, or you may find that you are able to do only a few of the moves, or you may discover that you are unable to do any of the moves without getting tired right away. Whatever the result, treat it as valuable information – an awareness that will help you as you continue to show up for your health each day.

This program is about being comfortable in your own skin (no one is judging you!). Tracy is here to help you move regularly, which can help manage your moods, keeping your brain clear and ready for all that it has to take in – and give out – during middle school, high school, and beyond.

If you are new to TA Teen Stream, begin with Tracy’s muscular structure and dance cardio workout. Once you feel comfortable completing her workout, move to the current week’s content. Unlike TA Real Time, teens following TA Teen Stream are advised not to add heat or humidity to their workouts. Required equipment includes a mat and 3-lb hand weights. A one-month notification will be provided for any additional equipment needs.
