Join Tracy as she guides you through 6 effective 10-minute interval dance workouts: Interval 1 – Basic Steps, Interval 2 – Dance Vitality, Interval 3 – Cardio Party, Interval 4 – Sweat Fest, Interval 5 – Calorie Blast, and Interval 6 – Dance Intensity.

Start with basic steps, where even the most novice of dancers will master the moves. In no time, you will be dancing your way through a complete total body workout.

 

FEATURES

•   Cardio Interval I (10 MIN) — Interval number 1, Tracy will take you through a full body warm up and verbally cue you through easy to follow aerobic steps building into a short dance combination. By completing this 10 minute segment you will have an increased heart rate and a fun dance combination to perform, and end with an easy full body cool down. This level can be done as an individual workout or added with the any or all other interval segments for a full hour workout.

•   Cardio Interval II – Cardio Interval V (10 MIN EACH) — During these workout, you will be lead through an upbeat warm up with Tracy’s signature moves waking up your brain, increasing your heart rate and circulation. You will then be verbally cued through different dance steps to complete a full 10 minute, easy to follow aerobic dance combination. These levels can be done as an individual workout or added with the any or all other interval segments for a full hour workout.

•   Cardio Interval VI (10 MIN) — In the final interval workout, Tracy will take you through a full body warm up and verbally cue you through easy to follow aerobic steps building into a short dance combination. By completing this segment you will have an increased heart rate, a fun dance combination to perform and higher level of stamina. This level can be done as an individual workout or added with the any or all other interval segments for a full hour workout.
