The FundamenTAl program is designed for Online Studio members with experience and knowledge of the Tracy Anderson Method, and feel ready to master the angles and lower body workout sequences found in the more STArt based programs.
Tracy will build on your strength for weight transfer support and prepare your muscular structure for our AtTAin Definition Master Classes. This level is all about the form and performance! Remember, the more times you can get your workouts in each week, the more your muscles will remember it, therefore enhancing your results towards achieving a toned, balanced body.
As a member of the TA Online Studio, you will receive access to the following new Tracy Anderson Method content each week:
This total body workout is 1-hour on average, focusing on arms, legs, glutes and abs. The class is accompanied by a breakdown video led by one of Tracy’s trainers. In the event that Tracy is unable to film, this class will be led by a senior trainer from The Prescription Team.
Each dance cardio workout is 30-minutes on average, and is led by one of Tracy’s trainers.
In these guided videos, a TA trainer will break down the movements found in each of Tracy’s new classes.
Every Friday the Online Studio offers three additional classes with Tracy and her top tier trainers. These classed are specially designed to be synchronized with custom playlists – updated each week and easily accessible on the Tracy Anderson Spotify account.
Follow this program 4-7 days per week. It is okay to start this program without using weights, with the intention of incorporating them as soon as possible for maximum results. Watching the breakdown sessions is key to learning the correct form and the execution of movements.
